If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail - malindians

Whereas planning begins as a mental exercise, no meaningful business planning can be done without using paper and pen or computer – however short. Sound planning principles require that a plan must be written down to ensure that all is covered in an ordered sequence clearly indicating priority or critical issues.

During the planning process, list the activity steps individually and sequence them accordingly – preferably in the order in which they will be implemented. Schedule regular formal meetings with your staff and put all schedules in writing. In your planning, clearly indicate due dates for each activity and the respective expected outputs.
