Sandpiper Preparatory School is an International School designated as a private institution. It is located Off Lamu Road, Along Golf Course Drive, Opposite African Pearl Hotel. Studies at Sandpiper International Preparatory School are carried out through a British Curriculum.

Sandpiper Preparatory School focuses on elevating standards in school learning and identifying the strengths of individual students. They work towards facilitating progress in every child, both inside and out of class, therefore preparing them for success in life. The primary aim of Sandpiper Preparatory School is to instill a life-long love of learning for their students and to develop a sense of responsibility for the world in which they live.

The school comprises a friendly and caring community of pupils aged between three and eleven years, from many different races and cultures from around the world. The training offer is addressed to Playgroup, kindergarten, and primary classes up to Year 7. The teachers have the qualifications necessary to fulfill the specific and certified educational functions for which they were designated by their nomination. The school is equipped with classrooms, a dining hall area, kitchen, toilets, classroom ICT, library, and a secretarial office. There are two interior gardens where one is equipped with a play structure and is a place of recreation and gaming. The school service, whose time of operation is full-time from Monday to Friday, includes lunch and 2 snacks time (morning and afternoon).
