NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA

  1. Chemsha tambi kidogo tu katika maji yanayochemka na uzichuje (zisiwive)
  2. Chemsha tui la nazi, pamoja na vitu vyote vingine, koroga vichanganyike katika moto.
  3. Tia tambi na koroga vizuri.
  4. Karibu na kukauka tui mimina tambi katika treya ya kupikia na zitie katika jiko (oven) zipike kwa moto wa 350 Deg. mpaka zikauke. (kama dakika 15 ) Kisha zima moto wa chini na washa moto wa juu zigeuge rangi kidogo.
  5. Ziepue na zipakue katika sahani zikiwa tayari kuliwa.
