Drop doughnuts /Donuts za kuchota

VIPIMO:

  • Unga wa ngano vikombe 2¼
  • Baking powder vijiko 2 chai
  • Sukari ½ kikombe
  • Chumvi ½ kijiko chai
  • Ganda la chungwa 1 lilokunwa
  • Kungu manga kijiko 1 chai
  • Maziwa ½ kikombe
  • Mayai 3
  • Vanilla vijiko 2 chai
  • Siagi iloyeyushwa/ mafuta ¼ kikombe
  • Mafuta kiasi ya kukaangia

MAELEKEZO:

1. Changanya mahitaji yote katika bakuli kubwa kisha koroga vizuri hadi mchanganyiko ujichanganye vizuri na uwe smooth

2. Tia mafuta jikoni juu ya moto wa kiasi, mafuta yakipata moto tumia mkono au kijiko kuchota unga wako na kuudondosha katika mafuta ya moto taratibu.

3. Kaanga ukiwa wakoroga hadi zipate rangi ya brown pande zote mbili, ucjaze nyingi wakati wa kukaanga.

4. Zitoe katika mafuta kwa kutumia kijiko cha matundu zitie katia wire au sahani uloweka tissue juu zipate kuchuja mafuta.

5. Nyunyiza sukari ya unga ukipenda au pia weza chovya katika sauce yoyote upendayo kama chocolate sauce au caramel. Enjoy!
