8 types of travellers you should know about

If you are a frequent traveller, then you probably know what type of traveller you are by now. If you have no idea of what I’m talking about, find out in this article. There are so many types of travellers and I can’t even talk about all of them. Hopefully, you’ll get to see one or two that speaks to you.

The Photographer

This is perhaps the most common type of traveller. They are obsessed with taking photos and they do so to capture every single moment. The photographer will take photos of their food, rooms, beautiful sceneries, and every other thing that you can possibly think of.

The Fashionista

This type of traveller travels for the sole purpose of discovering new fashion trends. Their closets are usually filled with clothes, pieces of jewellery, perfumes and accessories from different parts of the world.

The Frequent Weekenders

These are travellers who travel whenever an opportunity presents itself. They will use each free time they have to discover new destinations. Since frequent weekenders travel spontaneously, you have to be financially loaded for you to be one.

The Adventurer

This is the type of traveller who simply seeks adventure. They are so daring and more than willing to partake in any activity that you would consider risky.

The Planner

They don’t travel without a plan. Everything has to be properly planned out, from the means of transport to accommodation, to the activities they plan on doing.

The Tourist

This is the type of traveller who enjoys travelling to famous tourist destinations. They have no interest in discovering new places. The same old same old always works for them.

The Party Goers

Well, do I even need to tell you more about this? Lol. These type of travellers often travel in groups and their main reason for travelling is to go to parties and clubs.

The Soul Searchers

These are mostly the solo type of travellers whose trips lead them to self-discovery. They enjoy travelling to really quiet destinations, away from the hustle and bustle of cities. You will mostly find them in their own company taking long lone walks or staring over cliffs.

What type of traveller are you? Let me know in the comments section below.
