Keki za vikombe za nazi

Keki ya kikombe ni keki ndogo iliyoundwa kumtumikia mtu mmoja, ambayo inaweza kuoka katika karatasi ndogo nyembamba au kikombe cha aluminium. Kama ilivyo na keki kubwa, sukari (icing sugar or frosting) na mapambo mengine ya keki kama vile matunda na pipi zinaweza kupakwa.

Vipimo vya kutengeneza keki za vikombe za nazi

Unga ½ kikombe
Sukari ¼ kikombe
Siagi (margarine) 1 Kikombe
Mayai 3
½ kijiko cha chai Baking powder
Maziwa mazito kopo 1 (285ml)
Nazi (tui) 200ml
Vanilla ½ kijiko cha chai teaspoon

Tia kwenye bakuli siagi na sukari, kisha piga kwa mashije mapaka iwe laini kama malai (cream)
Tia mayai piga vizuri
Tia unga na baking powder
Tia nazi
Tia maziwa na vanilla, piga kidogo
Tumia treya za vishimo vya duara(muffin tray), weka karatasi zake, kisha tia mchanganyiko wa keki kiasi usijaze katika vishimo
Choma(bake)katika moto wa 325C
Choma kwa muda wa dakika 10-15 mpaka iwe rangi ya udongo kidogo(brown)
Epua na tayari kaa kuliwa
