Vipimo vya kuandaa Katlesi za Samaki

Viazi – 5 kiasi

Tuna – 2 vikopo

Carrot – 1

Pilipili mboga – Nusu

Kitunguu saumu(thomu/garlic) – ½ kijiko cha chai

Pilipili – kiasi

Chumvi – kiasi

Ndimu – kiasi

Unga wa ngano – ½ kikombe

Yai – 1

Mafuta ya kupikia – Kiasi

Namna ya kutayarisha na kupika Katlesi za Samaki

Menya Viazi uvichemshe na chumvi.

Vikiwiva vichuje maji, viponde ponde, vilainikie – weka kando

Chuna carrot ziwe kama chicha, kata pilipili mboga  nyembamba nyembamba, fungua vibati vya Tuna kamua majia yake mwaga.Changanya Tuna, carrot, pilipili mb

oga, thomu, pilipili kali, chumvi, ndimu, kisha uchanganye na viazi ulivyoviponda. Hakikisha vimechanganyika vizuri.

Tengeneza vidonge kiasi unachotaka na kata umbo unalopenda kama la yai au duwara ukimaliza weka pembeni.

Changanya unga na maji uwe mzito mzito tena uchanganye vizuri na yai.

Weka karai katika moto, mimina mafuta kama ya maandazi, kisha chukua vidonge chovya katika unga uliochanganywa yai  na utumbukize ndani ya mafuta yaliopashika moto vizuri.

Ziwache mpaka zibadilike rangu, uzitoe. Tayari kwa kula.
