Biriani ya mbuzi – Recipes za watu wa Malindi

Kila wakati unapotaja biryani, mate hujaa na kububujika katika midomo ya wengi. Mapishi ya biriani yapo mengi na haya ya leo yamefupisha ili kukuwezesha kupika kwa mkato. Upishi wa biriani uko sehemu mbili, ya kwanza na muhimu kabisa ni upishi wa rojo la biriani. Sehemu ya pili ni upishi wa wali. Cheki upishi wa biriani ya mbuzi (rojo)

How to prepare (Rojo)

  1. Marinate your goat meat with garlic ginger paste
  2. Add your pilau masala, bring to a boil until tender.
  3. On a separate pan, fry lots of onions put in a bowl.
  4. In a sufuria (cooking pan), fry onions, a bit of garlic, add the goat meat until it turns brown.
  5. Add peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, and grated carrots, spices, paprika,garam masala, pilau masala, let cook well,
  6. Add mala let cook on low heat for a while.
  7. Serve hot!!!!
