Twisted milk bread

Ingredients
¼ kg flour
¼ litre milk
½ cup Sugar
1teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon cardamom 
2 teaspoon fat

Method
In a large glass bowl pour the flour and rub in the fat.
Add yeast, sugar and cardamom. Use milk in the kneading process until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Knead until smooth and elastic
Divide the dough into three portions; shape each portion into 13inch rope. Place ropes on a greased baking sheet and braid.
Pinch ends to seal and tuck under.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20minutes.
Serve with tea

Iliki robo kijiko kidogo iloyosagwa
Mafuta ya uto kijiko kimoja kidogo

Unga na samli wauchanganya hadi uchanganyike vizuri kisha weka iliki yako
Tia hamira pamoja na maziwa, kanda mpaka unga ulainike
Kisha gawanya mara tatu, sokota zote tatu alafu zote tatu wafanya kama kuzisonga.
Ukishamaliza wachukua sufuria yako safi, wapaka mafuta yako kwa wembamba.
Wemba unga uliokandwa kwenye sufuria , oka kwa muda wa takriban dakika ishirini.
