How to prepare the twisted milk bread
¼ kg flour
¼ litre milk
½ cup Sugar
1teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 teaspoon fat
In a large glass bowl pour the flour and rub in the fat.
Add yeast, sugar and cardamom. Use milk in the kneading process until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Knead until smooth and elastic
Divide the dough into three portions; shape each portion into 13inch rope. Place ropes on a greased baking sheet and braid.
Pinch ends to seal and tuck under.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20minutes.
