Puddings are one of the tastiest and favourite desserts in the Kenyan coast. Malindi, like every other corner of this world, has a recipe for pudding.

How to make a Swahili Pudding

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 ½ cups water
2 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Methods
1. Beat the eggs well in a bowl
2. Add the milk powder well mixed with water to the eggs together with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix well (preferably with a hand mixer)
