Coconut muffins

Ingredients
½ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
3 eggs
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ litre milk
200ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Butter

Procedure

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease or line muffin cups with paper liners. 
Whisk eggs, butter, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla essence and milk. 
Mix flour and baking powder together in a separate bowl
Stir well the two mixtures until batter is just combined.
Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the centre of a muffin comes out clean, normally about 15 – 20 minutes.
Serve with a  cold/hot drink

½ kijiko cha chai Baking powder
Maziwa mazito kopo 1 (285ml)
Nazi (tui) 200ml
Vanilla ½ kijiko cha chai teaspoon

Namna ya Kutayarisha na kupika

Tia kwenye bakuli siagi na sukari, kisha piga kwa mashije mapaka iwe laini kama malai (cream)
Tia mayai piga vizuri
Tia unga na baking powder
Tia nazi
Tia maziwa na vanilla, piga kidogo
Tumia treya za vishimo vya duara(muffin tray), weka karatasi zake, kisha tia mchanganyiko wa keki kiasi usijaze katika vishimo
Choma(bake)katika moto wa 325C
Choma kwa muda wa dakika 10-15 mpaka iwe rangi ya udongo kidogo(brown)
Epua na tayari kaa kuliwa
