Jinsi ya kupika mboga ya mchicha na matumbo

Mahitaji

1. Matumbo

2. Mchicha

3. kitunguu

4. carrot

5. pilipili hoho

6. currypowder

7. chumvi

8. Tangawizi

9. Limau

10. Nazi

MAANDALIZI

Place the intestine to cook (boil), add some lemon juice and a little salt.

2.Using a fresh pan, add some cooking oil and heat it until hot, add some onions, some bell pepper(pilipili hoho) and carrots. Cook until brown the onions turn brown, then add the curry powder

3. Sprinkle your well-cut amaranth leaves (mchicha), and then let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Add your cooked intestine at this point with a little soup. Let it simmer for some time to let it mix well the vegetable soup.

4. Depending on your preference, you can add coconut milk. Mchicha and Matumbo stew can be served with white rice, Ugali or fried bananas !!
